In 1994 Ed Ayub saved me from needing surgery on my cervical spine. I had a severely herniated disc in my neck. I was in great pain, and could not move my head. My neural surgeon made the analogy that once you squeeze toothpaste from the tube it cannot be put back, and told me I needed immediate surgery. His prognosis was I would never work as carpenter or play rugby again. Ed Ayub did the impossible, and to this day I can see every star in the sky. Ed has given me the greatest gift of all, full mobility and a pain free life.
